Housing scheme on land adjacent to the flying bull pub to form 2 new build houses in a challenging site in the national park. The houses have been sensitively designed to match the surrounding setting and to suit the site topography and street scene. The overall site layout and design including vehicle access and parking has been designed to meet the planner’s requirements of a landscape lead design approach.
GRK Architecture were appointed to review the potential development opportunities of the site, and produce the design and planning documents.
