As Office Manager at GRK Architecture, my role is to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes so that both our team and our clients have a seamless experience.
Day to day, I manage project coordination, client communication and the administrative side of the business. I’m often the first point of contact, helping guide clients through the early stages and ensuring they feel informed and supported from the outset.
I also work closely with the team to keep projects organised, timelines on track and communication clear. It’s about creating structure and consistency, so every project progresses efficiently and nothing is overlooked.
How did you get into your role?
I’ve always been drawn to roles that involve organisation, communication and working closely with people.
Over time, that developed into a career focused on supporting teams and managing processes, ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally. Working within architecture brings those elements together, as every project involves multiple moving parts that need to be carefully coordinated.
What I enjoy most is being part of that process, supporting both the team and our clients, and helping create a positive, well-managed experience from start to finish.
