I’m an Architect at GRK Architecture, focused on leading projects from early design through to planning and technical delivery.
Day to day, I work closely with clients to develop clear, well-considered designs that respond to both their brief and the constraints of the site. That includes managing design development, coordinating with consultants and ensuring each stage of the project progresses smoothly.
I’m also involved in overseeing planning applications and technical packages, making sure everything is resolved properly before construction begins. The aim is always to create designs that are not only visually strong, but practical, deliverable and aligned with the overall vision.
How did you get into architecture, design, or your current field?
I’ve always had a strong interest in the built environment and how thoughtful design can shape the way people live and interact with space.
Studying architecture gave me the foundation, but it was working on real projects that really developed my approach. Understanding how to balance design, planning requirements and construction realities is what turns ideas into successful outcomes.
Over time, that’s led to a focus on delivering projects that feel considered from start to finish, where design quality and practical execution work hand in hand.
