GRK was tasked with overseeing the design of the complete house renovation, design of new swimming pool building, and renovation of various outbuildings.

The work included the coordination of automation and AV systems installed in the main house and continued throughout the whole site and out buildings.The scheme also aims to exceed part L building regulation requirements through renewable energy efficient bio-mass boiler systems to heat the entire estate.
