House extension, Stoddart Avenue, Southampton
A complete transformation of a 1920s era bungalow into a modern chalet style house with new landscaping and external walls.
The design of the house consisted of the complete transformation of the home from a single to a two-storey dwelling. The new design features a vaulted ceiling to reduce the overall height of the ridge, this was a planning requirement due to the building being on a busy corner on the main road acting as a feature.
